General Questions
What is the LMS?
LMS stands for Learning Management System, an LMS is a platform that handles the delivery of online learning courses. You will launch all your courses from here.
Online Courses
How do I purchase a new course?
To purchase a course or certificate, visit the LMS Homepage and click on "Catalogue"
Help, my progress is not saving!
The ICC Academy system will automatically synchronize your progress as you advance in the pages and complete the quizzes.
You can track your progress in the Quiz Review section.
- Did I select every clickable item?
- Did I answer every question?
- Did I click the "Next" button too fast and skip required information?
- Please note: it might take a few hours for the system to push your progress to your dashboard.

Help, I cannot proceed in the course!
Generally, our courses scale to most monitor sizes but if your screen is very small or abnormally scaled you may not see the "Next" button on the bottom of the screen. If this happens, zoom out via your browser settings.
Standard navigation tools will be available in all our online courses, read the tutorials carefully!
Certification Programmes and Online Exams
What is the difference between an Online Course and a Certification Programme?
Online courses are stand-alone training on a very specific topic. These can be purchased and completed individually.
Certification Programmes (example: GTC) are tailored packages of online courses separated into core and elective options. To complete a certificate, you will need to complete all the prerequisites and pass the final exam.
I have completed all the required courses in my Certification Programme, now what?
Once you have completed all the prerequisites you will be able to book a session for your final exam. This is done directly in the LMS (after logging in). PLEASE NOTE: Should you wish to schedule an exam within three days, you will incur in an express fee.
What is the final exam?
To obtain the printable PDF certificates you must complete your final exam.
Our final exams will last around 60 minutes (depending on the Certificate) and will be done exclusively online via a series of multiple choice and T/F questions. The minimum passing grade is 70%.

What happens if I fail?
Every programme is inclusive of one attempt at the final exam. If you fail the final examination as part of your Certification Programme, you can purchase a retake. If you fail the retake, you can contact us to purchase a third attempt (the record of your latest attempt will be deleted). Please note the third attempt is also the final attempt: if you fail the exam three times, you will need to repurchase the whole Certification Programme. When you attempt the exam the second/third time, make sure you open up the item called Exam Retake. Important: please note there is an express fee to pay, should you wish to take the exam within 72 hours.
Troubleshooting
Help, my course is not opening!
If you are unable to launch the course ensure that are using the latest version of your browser and that pop-ups are enabled. We highly recommend using Chrome.
Help, course progress is not being recorded!
Make sure you have a stable internet connection, and that your browser is not set to automatically clear.
